The claim to our corporate philosophy is not only to describe the culture or ethics of nexhub, we also want to change it – but always with regard to the actual situation. The corporate philosophy provides an orientation for our actions and the closer it is to the lived reality, the more successful it is.
It makes little sense to develop a mission statement that only and exclusively sets great future goals, but does not focus on the current situation.
The future does not fall from heaven, it is developed from the present!

What is a company without satisfied customers? The success of our customers must be the focus, because if we do not contribute to the success of our customers with our advice, then our customers will not be satisfied.
It makes little sense to develop a company that has the sole objective of the monetary success of the shareholders.
We are satisfied if our customer is satisfied!
The focus is on the employee
What is a company without motivated and satisfied employees? The satisfaction of our employees and the connection with our company is the cornerstone for the successful implementation of customer projects.
Only a motivated and satisfied employee can act successfully and far-sightedly and thus lead customer projects and thus ultimately the customer to success.
If our employees are motivated and satisfied, then this is particularly noticeable in the customer base!
The focus is on the customer and the employee? How is this supposed to work?
This is possible – we are facing up to this challenge!30 years of experience in dealing with customers and employees, countless customer projects and employee discussions let us have a clear view of this.
From the customer’s point of view, we are open and honest – even if it is sometimes not pleasant to talk tacheles, we want to carry out every project successfully and this only works if both sides are 100% involved and act openly and in partnership with each other. This includes talking about the meaning of projects and alternatives and not talking nicely.
We see entrepreneurs in our employees and have developed our own remuneration model for this purpose. We know that money is only a conditional long-term motivation, so our goal is for our employees to consider nexhub as their own company.
Actually, fun and success are the focus, because with fun at work we manage to motivate our customers and employees and the success of both is the result!
